Emominator is a free workout timer application designed for EMOM, HIIT, Tabata, and interval training. The App runs entirely on your device and does not require an account or internet connection to function.

3. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial workout timing purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute or resell the App or any portion of it
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

4. Health Disclaimer

Emominator is a timer tool only. It does not provide medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the App and perform workouts at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The open-source components are subject to their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
